What are my shipping options?
We offer two premium shipping options:

  2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Delivered via EMS
    • 15-25 business days after processing
    • Available for most destinations
How long does order processing take?
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing (excluding weekends and holidays). Each item undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we serve customers worldwide with some exceptions. We currently cannot ship to certain remote areas in Asia and other locations. All relevant customs documentation is included with international shipments. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for select destinations.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Our premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) provide real-time tracking updates.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
