At Tom Ford Sales Shop, we want every purchase to meet your expectations of luxury and excellence. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, our refined process ensures a seamless experience worthy of the Tom Ford name.

Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened fragrance products (Cologne & Aftershave), makeup items (Makeup, Makeup Brushes & Applicators), or grooming products. These items are final sale.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please follow the return process above and indicate in your email that you would like an exchange for a different size, color, or product. We will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we will ship your new item once the return is processed (standard shipping rates apply).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns: Please note that for customers outside the United States, any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable through our returns process.
