Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two premium shipping options to serve your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every Tom Ford purchase to meet your exacting standards. If you need to return or exchange an item, our elegant process ensures a seamless experience.
Eligibility
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Important Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened fragrance products (Cologne & Aftershave)
- Makeup items (Makeup, Makeup Brushes & Applicators)
- Grooming products
These items are final sale once opened or used.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request (see template below)
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible

Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the return process above and indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange for a different size, color, or product. We’ll process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (standard shipping rates apply)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Returns
For customers outside the United States, any customs duties or import taxes paid are non-refundable through our returns process.
